• User / You: the individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
• Matching Service: the intermediary function of connecting teachers with schools, academies, or institutions.

These Terms govern your use of the Service and constitute an agreement between You and the Company. By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for activities under your account.
• Do not disclose your password to any third party; notify Us of any unauthorized use.
• Usernames must not infringe rights of others or be offensive or obscene.

Service Use (Intermediary Role)

• ESL PLUS operates as an intermediary platform. We are not a party to employment or service contracts between Users.
• We do not guarantee employment, compensation, or outcomes of any matching.
• Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of postings, profiles, and any agreements made between them.

Membership Fees and Payments

• Some features may require payment of membership or matching fees.
• Payments may be made by methods displayed on the Website (e.g., credit card, PayPal, local payment gateways).
• Refunds: full refund within 7 days if the service is unused; no refund after matching has commenced, except where required by law. See our Refund Policy for details.

Content

• You may post information such as resumes or job listings.
• By posting content, You grant Us a non-exclusive license to display such content within the Service.
• You represent that You own or have rights to the content you post and that it does not violate any rights.
• Do not post unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate content.

Intellectual Property

The Service and original content (excluding User content) remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute without our written consent.
